ELIGIBILITY CRITERION:-

·          Only Original Equipment Manufacturers or their authorized dealers/distributors are eligible(Sr No.7,8). Sub contractors are not eligible(Sr No.7,8). Tender documents available on web site www.allindiaradio.org and http://tenders.gov.in for reference. If the Tender documents were received after the due date/incomplete are summarily rejected and no communication will be entertained by the Office.

1.        Certificates from at least six actual users of satisfactory performance of  similar capacity UPS (Sr. No.7,8) ,Transformers (Sr. No.6, ),HT Switch gear(Sr No.1,2), LT Switch gear(3,4,5) for  working at least for two years.

2.        The following documents should be attached with request for purchase of tender documents and other documents mentioned in the Tender document:

(1)     Income Tax clearance Certificate, ( 2 ) Sales Tax/VAT Registration Certificate.  (3)    Copy of PAN Card.  ( 4 ) Dealership certificate. ( 5 ) Electrical Contractor Registration certificate

Class A ( Sl No 1 to 6 only).  ( 6 ) Satisfactory performance certificate of similar product from 6 actual users for OEM Equipments.(7) Orders placed for similar type of products from Users.

3.        Certificate from Government agencies/Reputed firms for at least three similar works carried out satisfactorily should be enclosed with the request for tender documents for Sr. No 11.
